Just released something new with an Edwardian Garden Party theme. Agnes includes high-neck gown, hats decorated with flowers or feathers, gloves with applier hud and parasol. A word about the parasol — I’ve included 3 versions – 2 closed and 1 open – that can be worn alone. Each includes an animation/pose that will play on attach. But you can also wear the parasol HUD to get more animations/poses.
Worn, torn and ragged rogue pirate outfits complete with lockpicks, keys, tricorn hat, boots, boot scarf, tunic and trousers (system) with Omega applier HUD.
I’m so far behind in posting, but I’ve been busier than a whole hatful of elves! First, the last Genre round inspired a new gown with shimmering colors, Valerie, in a variety of satins and laces and with a very special set of Bento gloves included in the outfit bundle. All available on the Marketplace here.
There is an optional flexi overskirt for those who like to have a fuller skirt and more fluid movement. Looks great when dancing! Gown and gloves are materials enabled, best viewed with Advanced Lighting turned on. Demo is available, be sure to try before you buy!
Survived Halloween! It’s always so much fun and I’m always glad when it’s over. It seemed too hectic this year, I took on too much with hunts and events.
My favorite addition is a new Arachnea spider webby gown.
Arachnea 3, with fishtail skirt and tight corset in 5 colors, materials enabled, has an optional spider web skirt train. The outfit includes a neck piece and gothic style sleeves / gloves.
It’s available in the shop in the costumery wing SLURL HERE
And on the marketplace:
The Antique Grid Show Autumn Hunt begins today. My hunt gift is a late nineteenth century style outfit – Miss Pearl Parker – with hat, blouse and skirt in Autumn greens. Check out this blogpost on the nostalgia a la mode blog. The lovely picture with the gorgeous light was taken at the 1920’s New York Project.
I’ve never been one to make it difficult for hunters, but if you don’t move far enough into the room you might miss the leaf. It’s a flat plane that is hard to see from a side view. You’ll see the skeleton, just move around in front of him.
C&F is participating in a great fundraising event benefiting MSF/Doctors Without Borders hosted by the Spoonful of Sugar group. The title of this list/article really should be 15 Of The Most Beautiful Actresses Of 1900s Edwardian Era. Sad, but there were so many lovely faces from that era I guess they had to narrow the field.
Ethel Clayton was an American actress of the silent film era. Her screen debut came in 1909, in a short called Justified. She jockeyed her early film appearances with a burgeoning stage career. Her pretty brunette looks were reminiscent of the famous Gibson Girl drawings by Charles Dana Gibson. On the stage, she appeared mainly in musicals or musical reviews such as The Ziegfeld Follies of 1911.
Jaden 2 is another older outfit that has received a complete overhaul. The long coat/dress is now materials enabled and comes in mesh, fitmesh and mesh body sizes. The matching trousers and chemise can be worn by classic avatars and mesh bodies using the Omega applier. There are new boots in many sizes in 2 styles – plain and with side dagger. The outfit includes pirate accessories, including eye patch, pirate tricorn hat with chain decorations and neck chains with brass rose emblem and keys. The pieces are available separately or in an outfit bundle. (Marketplace link)
